A police officer who commits any of the following offenses shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years or with fine which may extend to two years' pay or with both:-
(a) written or spoken in such a manner as to cause hatred, malice or disdain for the Government of Nepal, the work of the Government of Nepal and the sovereignty, geographical integrity and nationality and independence of Nepal or the federal unit or good relations between different castes, castes, religions and sects; or If by means of shapes and signs or in any other way, if any work is done or if any industry is done,
(b) If he commits or prepares to commit robbery within any friendly country of the Government of Nepal, if he gives help or information to such a person or if he contacts such a person with that intention,
(c) when the station, post, guard, patrol, picket, team or patrol or establishment or office in which he is stationed or under his charge or to be protected is attacked by bandits, smugglers, miscreants and rioters, or when such an encounter occurs with them; If you run away with impotence on suspicion,
(d) In case of sale of government or someone else's arms and goods in his charge,
(e) If he leaves his station, post, garrison, turn guard, picket, team, patrol, establishment or office to go in search of loot,
(f) uses criminal force or commits or threatens to commit criminal force, whether on duty or not, knowing or having reason to believe that he is a superior employee,
(g) If an officer above him gives an order, or if he does not hand over the certificate of appointment and the government or someone else's arms, equipment, machinery, equipment, goods, and cash belonging to him while he is in office, (h) In case of breaking into a house or any place with the intention of robbery or in any way robbing property, causing loss or damage,
(i) If he shows cowardice while performing his duty.
